Pay: $90k - $120k based on experience

As a Regional General Motors Parts Director at Bergey's Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Parts Department. You will oversee and optimize operations across multiple locations, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure consistent processes, policies, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term strategies to enhance Parts Department performance, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including parts inventory management, purchasing, and logistics. Implement efficient processes and systems to streamline workflows and minimize costs.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Parts professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Financial Management: Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, including sales, gross profit, expenses, and inventory turnover. Identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery of parts, resolving customer issues promptly, and building strong relationships with customers.
• Dealer Relations: Collaborate with General Motors dealers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions. Report and collaborate with Senior Parts Director regarding parts department performance.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Safety: Actively cares, promotes, manages, and advocates safety at Bergey’s Inc. As a leader and team member in the organization, it is critical to ensure all employees, vendors, and clients maintain a safe work environment while adhering to all applicable safety policies, procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in General Motors automotive parts management within a dealership.
• Strong understanding of General Motors parts systems, processes, and procedures.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening
