As a Data Center Technician Lead, you will be part of the Cloud Operations & Innovation department supporting a dynamic team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for technology, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead a team of technicians in hardware deployments, diagnostics, and decommissions.
• Provide expert guidance on data center technology processes and ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop task execution strategies and oversee complex infrastructure changes.
• Mentor and train technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and promote a proactive safety culture within the team.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic knowledge of computer hardware.
• 2+ years’ experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
• 1+ years’ experience directing or supervising others.
• Experience working in a production, mission-critical 24x7x365 data center environment.
