Job Description: Stage Manager Type of Employment: Seasonal Location: Hersheypark, Hershey, PA (housing provided if needed) Dates: May 8th - September 1st Salary: $850/week Who We’re Looking For… Provide daily support to all Performers Lead and supervise staffing and issue mitigation daily Perform duties as described in the Company Manager Handbook Liaison between RWS Leadership and Cast Organize and synthesize technical and artistic information from RWS and Client Suggest resource utilization and procure additional support as needed Communicate technical and operational needs for troubleshooting to General Managers Assist RWS Leadership and Producer with logistics and programming administrative duties Maintain professional relationships with Client Management, ensuring interactions meet RWS standards Support Raise Your Experience initiatives throughout the season Oversee and manage Talent to perform all production elements safely and properly Adhere to timelines set by RWS Producer and Project Manager Prepare and submit Daily Operational Reports Follow safety procedures, including Emergency Action Plans and Injury & Illness Prevention Plans Assist with production needs as reasonably requested Address onsite concerns and perform emergency troubleshooting as needed Care for and track all performance collateral securely Complete all duties to the satisfaction of the Company Follow the Company chain of command Follow all safety and infectious disease protocols Adhere to RWS Handbook guidelines, including dress code and conduct Ensure talent signs daily sign-in sheets and follow show direction Ensure talent completes warm-up routines Perform other duties as needed Pay: $850/week Diversity and Inclusion Statement Diverse Is Who We Are At RWS Global, diversity is core to our culture.
