Systems Engineer, Senior
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated senior Systems Engineer to join our team supporting a NAVSEA Integrated Combat System ( ICS ) . You will play a cru cia l role in providing precise, resilient, reliable, and cost-effective solutions for Position, Navigation, and Timing ( PNT ) data across the ICS. You will utilize a deep understanding of systems engineering principles, a strong background in Combat System development or integration, and strong communication skills.

You Have: \n - 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, including design, development, or maintenance of Department of Defense systems
\n - Experience with Naval Combat Systems such as Aegis or Ship Self-Defense System ( SSDS )
\n - Experience effectively conveying complex technical topics and collaborating with teams
\n - Experience developing technical documentation spanning the systems engineering lifecycle in compliance with DoD standards and guidelines
\n - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
\n - Secret clearance
\n - Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: \n - Experience with PNT systems and technologies relevant to the ICS
\n - Experience with Agile methodology, GitLab, Confluence, or Jira
\n - Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering ( MBSE )
\n - Experience with Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System ( DOORS )
\n - Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
\n

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
