Position Overview

We’re looking for a creative and motivated intern to support our marketing team by generating social media content, assisting with influencer partnerships, and writing blogs for our website. This is a hands-on role ideal for a student or recent graduate passionate about sustainability, meat, and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage posts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Assist with sourcing, coordinating, and tracking influencer partnerships.
• Write blogs on topics like regenerative farming, sustainable living, and our farm practices.
• Monitor engagement and trends; suggest creative ideas to grow our online community.
• Respond to comments and direct messages to support customer engagement.
• Assist in compiling performance metrics and insights for social and influencer campaigns.
• Assist in brainstorming and developing campaign concepts tied to product launches, promotions, and key sustainability moments.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Passion for sustainability, agriculture, and conscious consumerism.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn) and current meat industry trends.
• Ability to adapt brand tone and messaging across different platforms.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
• Experience with Figma/Canva
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite or alternative content scheduling software.
• Basic understanding of SEO and best practices for blog writing preferred.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a bonus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members both in-person and through remote settings.
