Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer specializing in UiPath RPA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in the field, with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. Experience in SAP and Finance is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for RPA processes, including process design documents, test plans, and user guides. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes and provide ongoing support and maintenance. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and SAP, to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on UiPath. Strong technical skills in UiPath, including experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components. Proven experience in SAP and Finance, with a deep understanding of financial processes and systems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: UiPath certification(s) such as UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) or UiPath Advanced RPA Developer. Experience with other RPA tools and technologies. Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS eTeam
