Brooke Sipe Interiors is a boutique design studio that offers full service residential interior design and consulting services. We specialize in renovation and new build projects in northern Texas and beyond. Our team works collaboratively with clients to create thoughtful, personal spaces that are both beautiful and functional. We aim to curate comfortable yet elevated environments that enrich everyday life.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a residential interior designer
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
• Proficient in design space planning and rendering software, specifically SketchUp & Layout
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Understanding of residential building codes, regulations, material + finish application, and space planning standards
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously
• Develop and manage comprehensive design concepts, project scopes, budgets and timelines
• Source and select appropriate finish materials, plumbing, lighting, and furnishings
• Draft, read, and interpret design drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings, and product specifications
• Develop Design Presentations, pricing proposals, and custom product requests
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors
• Coordinate project logistics and implementation
• Maintain high standards of client communication and service

Technical Requirements:

• Ability to design and render custom millwork, cabinetry, furniture and fixtures
• Proficiency in general business software, design software and project management software: Microsoft Office, Gmail, Adobe Acrobat, Asana, Canva, Studio Designer, Trimble SketchUp Pro, Trimble Layout, V-Ray, Enscape, Photoshop, Light Room, Dropbox, AI technology.
• Knowledge of residential building codes and standards

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent site visits and errands
• Designer must have reliable transportation, provide their own laptop, and cell phone that can be utilized for work
