*JOB STATUS : * Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) , 12Months Per Year *LOCATION :* Granite Falls, MN *EXAMPLES OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:* * The ability to mentor and train new counselors and interns. * The ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. * Provide quality individual and group counseling sessions focused on recovery and personal development. * Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. * The ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on therapeutic activities that promote patient engagement. * Maintain accurate, and up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. * Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities. *ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:* * Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills. * Have a basic knowledge of chemical dependency. * Be comfortable and have knowledge of other office programs on the computer. * Attend all mandatory in-services and training as required by state and federal laws as well as for the organization and for personal gain. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently. * Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy. * Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development. *QUALIFICATIONS:* * Current active LADC license * Bachelor’s degree in related field, (Master’s degree preferred). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in counseling, ideally in residential treatment. * Project Turnabout is a 12-Step foundational facility. * Strong knowledge of addiction treatment modalities and recovery principles. *SALARY RANGE:* * Commensurate with experience. * Full Benefits Package * Relocation allowance plus up to 60 days temporary housing. * Paid licensure. * Paid CEUs. *This job description is intended to include all the duties listed but does not exclude additions or changes that may occur in the future.* _*Project Turnabout is an EOE/ADA/AA Employer.*_ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Relocation assistance * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have?
