Community & Resident Engagement:

• Collaborate with owners to align property goals with long-term success strategies.
• Oversee leasing and marketing efforts, ensuring competitive rental pricing and accurate advertising.
• Foster a positive resident experience by addressing concerns, overseeing retention initiatives, and organizing engaging community events.
• Enforce lease agreements while ensuring residents receive outstanding service.

Operations & Maintenance Excellence:

• Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring the community remains safe, clean, and visually appealing.
• Maintain an effective preventative maintenance program to keep apartments market-ready.
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality work and budget adherence.
• Manage property expenses while ensuring operational efficiency.

Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
• Supervise hiring, training, and performance management of on-site staff.
• Ensure a safe and productive work environment through compliance with company policies and safety programs.
