Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking 2nd & 3rd shift Press/Mold Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-minded approach, and mechanical inclination which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Press/Mold Machine Operator 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

Location: Ormond Beach, FL

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize production processes.

What's Needed?

• Experience with press or mold machine operation
• Experience with micrometers, calipers
• Ability to read blue prints or schematics.
• Mechanical Industrial Aptitude
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours (3pm-11pm).
