Job: Phlebotomist I
Duration: 3 Months
Shift: Mon - Fri 6 am-2 pm Rot Sat 6:30 am-10:30 am
Location: Miami, FL 33184

State of Credentials Licenses Required: FL highly preferred
HEAVY PATIENT VOLUME AT THIS SITE.

Job Description:
Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
*Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.*
Candidates must Speak English fluently. (Bilingual Preferred)
Candidates must be willing to travel to different locations as needed.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification is preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Work Experience:
Minimum of 12 months experience REQUIRED DUE TO HEAVY PATIENT VOLUME AT THIS SITE.
Two(+) years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.
Additional Job Details:
The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume.
Overlapping roles do not count twice.
Candidate must have reliable transportation to get to/from the worksite without issue (bus, Uber, or rideshares are not reliable transportation).
Must be available to work whenever scheduled, BE ON TIME, and stay for the entire shift.
Excessive absenteeism/tardiness is not tolerated and will be cause for termination
Candidates need to be within a 20-25 min commute window to ensure their ability to travel to/from the site for coverage.
