Part-Time Personal Assistant Location: Greenwich, CT (Partially Remote)
Compensation: $35-$50 per hour
About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a distinguished woman based in Greenwich, CT. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent interpersonal skills. The position is part-time, with a flexible schedule that includes both in-person and remote work.
Key Responsibilities: - Travel Coordination:
- Plan and organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Ensure all travel documents are up to date and organized.
- Event Planning and Management:
- Assist in planning and coordinating social events and gatherings.
- Manage RSVPs, catering, and venue arrangements.
- Oversee event logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle scheduling and calendar management to coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Perform administrative tasks such as email management, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Assist with filing, document organization, and other office duties.
- Philanthropic Activities:
- Support involvement in various philanthropic causes and activities.
- Maintain records of donations, memberships, and volunteer activities.
- Coordinate meetings and communications with charity organizations.
- Personal Errands:
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other personal tasks.
- Assist with household management and maintenance.
- Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both personal and professional matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications: - Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in travel coordination, event planning, and administrative support.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (email, calendar management) and willingness to assist a non-tech-savvy employer.
