Job Description

Under direct supervision, the Painter will plan, organize, clean and complete painting of new and refurbished Apartments, Villas and Support areas as needed as well as exteriors of buildings, and performs minor repairs to vacated apartments. As a representative and team member of environmental services department, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education – High school diploma or equivalent. Experience/Training – 5 years of experience in remodeling and redecorating or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities. Shift: Full-time, 8:00AM-4:00PM Pay Rate: $20.00-$24.25/ DOE What’s in it for you?
