Job Description

Our client, a healthcare technology company located in Flatiron, Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary Office Coordinator. The position will start ASAP and extend for a minimum of 3 months. Hours will be 9am to 5pm with a 30 minute lunch; the role is fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception area: welcome visitors, manage phone (answering calls + forwarding messages as needed)
  • Set up conference rooms
  • Ensure all visitors are registered
  • Maintain relationships with building and vendors
  • Manage office supplies, maintain office space and kitchen
  • Sort through incoming mail and packages, ensure delivery to appropriate party
  • Coordinate delivery of daily lunch
  • Create key cards and fobs for all new hires
  • Set up virtual dial-in for large meetings as needed
  • Ad hoc admin work

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of similar experience - experience in hospitality or office environment is ideal
  • Service oriented
  • Takes initiative
  • No task is too small attitude
  • Friendly and positive
  • Strong communication skills-verbal and written

Compensation:

  • $20-21/hour
