Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Marketing Associate to join a dynamic team in East Hartford, CT. This role is pivotal in supporting the marketing department's initiatives by executing specific tactics to drive business growth. The Marketing Associate will work closely with growth, content, and brand marketing team members to help achieve strategic marketing goals through research, setup, analysis, and daily updates.

Responsibilities

• Execute content management for owned media campaigns launched by growth, brand, and media teams across websites, emails, and social media platforms.
• Conduct market and user research, review campaign analytics and performance metrics, and assist in developing department-wide presentations about KPIs.
• Monitor and identify budget optimization opportunities in paid ad spend across Google search and social media campaigns to increase profitability.
• Propose improvements to business impact using marketplace data and user research for channel traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to work towards quarterly and annual goals, maintaining internal relationships with cross-functional leadership across multiple dealership brands.
• Partner with creative agency, paid media teams, and corporate brand leadership to support the launch and scaling of programs contributing to customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with multiple marketing channels and hands-on experience with 1-2 channels.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and consistently execute.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, including Excel pivot tables and V-lookups; visualization with Looker is a plus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
• Experience with automotive marketing or operations is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Looker and Google Analytics.
• Experience in demand and lead generation for high-growth companies.

Required Work Hours

The position requires working Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week. Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Additional Details

The pay range for this position is $25 to $30 per hour, equating to up to $62,400 annually.
