Job Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will mainly focus on managing our CRM, enhancing our eCommerce presence, utilizing Internet Search Engines, and optimizing Merchandising efforts. Responsibilities:
• Utilize CRM to manage and analyze customer interactions and data
• Implement strategies to improve our eCommerce presence and performance
• Conduct research using Internet Search Engines to gather valuable industry data
• Assist in Merchandising activities to promote our products effectively
• Utilize platforms for marketing insights
• Analyze data to improve revenue strategy
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
• Demonstrable experience in CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
• Proven experience in eCommerce, with knowledge in various online sales channels and marketing techniques.
• Proficiency in using Internet Search Engines for market research, SEO optimization, and data analysis.
• Prior experience in Merchandising, including planning, implementing, and evaluating merchandising campaigns.
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing Management or related field
