Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with potential candidates.
• Develop and lead your own team.
• Create and manage marketing ads across various social media platforms.
• Review and analyse ads on multiple social media platforms.
• Lead global training calls via Zoom.
• Research new marketing ad platforms.
• Daily business administration.
• Participate in business system training.
• Utilize personal development and leadership programs.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven marketing experience.
• Enjoys working remotely.
• Excellent phone communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Visionary and big-picture thinking.
• Self-driven and proactive attitude.
• Strong leadership abilities or interest in leadership.
• Minimum 10 years of employment experience.
