What You'll Do: Begin in an administrative and learning-focused role with a clear path toward growth into content review and analysis Support the Product Compliance Manager by coordinating training content development from storyboard to final delivery Schedule and lead content meetings, drive timelines, and ensure training launches on time Partner cross-functionally to implement and track compliance training completions, manage escalations, and resolve any discrepancies Communicate regularly with leadership and cross-functional teams to keep programs aligned and on track What We're Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning development Bachelor’s degree required Experience with Articulate is a big plus!
