Visa Solutions USA is hiring a B2B Lead Generator to join our team in The Woodlands office. If you’re passionate about sales, excel at building relationships, and have a track record of generating high-quality leads in a B2B environment, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Desire to learn and execute B2B lead generation : Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads.
  • Strong communication skills : Ability to engage decision-makers and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Data-driven mindset : Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and optimize lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential leads through online research, social media, and networking events.

- Reach out to and qualify leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.

- Maintain an organized database of leads and prospects for future reference.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective lead generation strategies.

- Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track success and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.

- Deliver outstanding customer service to prospects and clients.

- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines effectively.

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

Requirements:

- Experience in lead generation and sales roles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficiency with lead generation tools and software.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

- Demonstrated success in lead generation and sales achievements.

- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

- Strong analytical skills for making data-driven decisions.

- Experience developing and implementing lead generation strategies is preferred.
