Job Description

We are seeking an HR Administrator for our tech client. This role serves as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees. Maintaining organization will be key, as you'll manage personnel records and update the HRIS system. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to various HR functions, including benefits and leave administration, recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, employee relations, and more. An ideal candidate should have experience with diverse HR operations and a solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employee HR-related questions and concerns.
  • Prepare and distribute Personnel Action Notices, offer and promotion letters, separation letters, and other relevant forms.
  • Handle employment changes within the HRIS system.
  • Support payroll processes by providing a summary of personnel changes and other related items.
  • Assist with the onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, reporting, employee relations, benefits, leave administration, and more as needed.
  • Ensure awareness of security and privacy protocols and report any concerns to the appropriate incident response team.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Familiar with HRIS software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and overall computer literacy.
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with iSolved.
  • Involvement in employee relations activities, such as exit meetings, disciplinary actions, or accommodation processes.
  • Background in benefits and/or leave administration.
