Education
  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • College Degree preferred
Experience / Qualifications
  • Two (2) or more years' experience coordinating and scheduling office operations
  • Human Resources experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Position Summary

The Human Resources Office Coordinator is front line support. The primary function of this position is to coordinate the flow of the Human Resources Department.
  • Performs general office tasks including but not limited to answering phones, filing, faxing, typing letters, creating and maintaining badges, distributing mail, employment verification and complete data entry as needed.
  • Inputs contract personnel into the HRIS system.
  • Generates reports.
  • Manages and organizes the ordering of supplies as well as food orders.
  • Maintains the HR Conference room calendar.
  • Provides assistance and support to HR Leadership, Benefits Coordinator and Onboarding process.
  • Completes special projects and other duties assigned by HR department leaders.
Physical Requirements

Requires sitting for long periods of time, also stooping, bending, standing, and stretching. Must have manual dexterity for typing and computer data entry. Able to work under a stressful environment, work independently, capable of making sound decisions, be detail oriented, alert, and self-motivated. Ability to push/pull up to 40lbs., carry and lift up to 20lbs.
