Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead the development and execution of our human resources operations. This is an opportunity to shape the HR function in a dynamic and growing company.

We’re looking for someone with at least 6–7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with exposure to the staffing or talent acquisition industries. A process-minded professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable leading initiatives from benefits administration to employee engagement.

Our Core Values

  • Make the Call: We prioritize action and accountability—whether it’s picking up the phone for a hard conversation or stepping up when it matters most.
  • Love the Grind: Consistency matters. We believe in showing up and doing the work, day in and day out, because that’s what delivers results.
  • Solve Problems Creatively: We use creative ingenuity and stay focused on resolution-based thinking.
  • We Get It Done: We deliver high-quality results and hold ourselves accountable to clients, contractors, and teammates, especially when it comes to deadlines.
  • No A-Holes: We lead with respect and integrity. It’s team-first, always, and we treat everyone the way we want to be treated.
  • Be Your Authentic Self: Show up as you—every day. We value your individuality, encourage openness, and believe that shared experiences make us stronger.

These values shape how we lead, collaborate, and grow. We’re looking for a leader who embodies them and inspires others to do the same.

  • Lead annual benefits enrollment processes and educate employees on their options.

HR Operations & Process Improvement:

  • Organize and maintain all HR documents, ensuring secure and easy access to important policies, forms, and employee records.
  • Develop, monitor and maintain HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization and ensure data integrity across platforms.

Compliance & Employee Relations:

  • Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Provide guidance and resolution on employee relations issues, contractor matters, and workplace investigations.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

Corporate Insurance Management:

  • Work directly with partners to ensure proper corporate and liability insurance coverage is in place for all projects and business activities.
  • Maintain records of all insurance policies and renewals and ensure coverage aligns with evolving business needs.

People & Culture:

  • Lead internal events, outreach efforts, and culture-building initiatives, such as: The Annual Awards Dinner, President’s Club Trip and other agreed upon events.
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive company culture that supports employee engagement and retention.

Staffing & Talent:

  • Lead and manage the Internal Recruiter and hold accountable to the KPIs
