As a Housekeeper at Drury Hotels, you will play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation by maintaining clean and welcoming hotel rooms. Responsibilities include vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring rooms meet cleanliness standards. You will work as part of a friendly, customer-focused team, providing excellent service and helping guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information as needed. The role requires the ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain a positive attitude. Physical requirements include walking and standing for the entire shift, pushing, vacuuming, reaching, stretching, bending, and occasionally lifting 25-35 pounds. No previous cleaning experience is required, but knowledge equivalent to two years of high school is necessary. The position may require weekend work, especially Saturdays and Sundays.
