Full Charge Bookkeeper
We are partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in the Franklin area to identify a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Accounting in managing full-cycle financial operations.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can balance financial responsibilities with light office management and team support. You'll join a collaborative and energetic team that values both productivity and a positive work environment.
Compensation:
Up to $80,000 annually, based on experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial operations across multiple entities
Full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
Support budgeting efforts and maintain fixed asset schedules
Process payroll and handle various office management tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
