Now Hiring: Full Charge Bookkeeper | Franklin, TN (On-site)

We're working with a fast-growing company in Franklin, TN, that's looking for a sharp, hands-on Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This isn't your typical back-office role-you'll be the right hand to the Head of Accounting and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly across multiple entities.

Location: On-site | Franklin, TN
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM (with some flexibility)
Salary: Up to $80K (based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing as the Full Charge Bookkeeper:

• Taking full ownership of accounting functions-AP, AR, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and more
• Managing payroll, office operations, and fixed assets across several entities
• Partnering with internal departments to keep things running like clockwork
• Helping improve and streamline accounting processes

What We're Looking For in a Full Charge Bookkeeper:

• 3+ years of solid bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Strong QuickBooks skills
• Someone who's detail-obsessed, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment
• A true team player who's not afraid to jump in and help where needed
