What You'll Do:
Be the primary point of contact for the CEO, interacting with executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
Manage information flow efficiently and accurately, ensuring the CEO is informed of all priority matters.
Manage the CEO's complex calendar, arrange meetings, and handle all travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
File and retrieve documents and reference materials, keeping everything organized and accessible.
Conduct research and analyze data to prepare reports and other documents.
Manage and oversee the CEO's personal commitments, including travel, appointments, family engagements, and other personal tasks.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain its security.
Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
Facilitate internal communication by distributing announcements, coordinating meetings, and hosting visiting executives.
Take and distribute accurate meeting minutes.
Oversee projects and follow up on deadlines to ensure timely completion.
Represent the CEO at meetings and events when necessary.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
Experience managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively with strong follow-up skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling and communication tools.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Bonus Points:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
