$20.00-$28.00/hour depending on experience

What’s the Job?

• Assist with day-to-day clerical duties.
• Prepare invoices, monitor past-due invoices, and work with third-party vendor payees for remittance.
• Prepare expense reports.
• Assist in preparing real estate request for proposals research.
• Assist in coordinating fundraising events and meetings.
• Drafting professional letters/emails to members

Required skills needed

• Minimum of three years experience as an executive assistant or office manager
• Experience is website updating/maintenance
• Experience with Power Point
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be professional, detailed oriented, and meticulous
