Whitehardt, a niche advertising agency specializing in advertising for personal injury law firms, is looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Digital Media Buyer with a strong background in Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Advertising. This person will be part of a team that is growing quickly, and long-term advancement opportunities will be available for the right person.

• You have a passion for achieving maximum results out of full-funnel and lead generation-focused digital advertising with strengths leaning towards Paid Meta Advertising.
• You are proficient in using Meta Business Manager, managing all stages of the campaign life (setup, launch, optimization, evaluation, reporting)
• You watch KPIs like a hawk and are quick to make adjustments while understanding the critical role creative content plays in driving results
• You are a process-driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
• You are hyper-organized and enjoy executing plans to ensure campaigns run efficiently.
• You take pride in your work and are motivated by finding the right solution to every problem.
• You are an excellent problem solver who thinks quickly on their feet and enjoys doing whatever it takes to find a solution.
• You are naturally curious, results-driven, and business-minded.
• You are independent and self-sufficient in your approach to problem-solving.

Your mission:

• Generate high-quality leads for some of the country’s most prominent law firms.
• Manage large advertising budgets daily while monitoring performance and adjusting strategy as necessary
• Manage campaigns across multiple platforms from start to completion.
• Closely monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns, identify opportunities for advanced optimization, and help oversee the testing of new strategies to improve results.
• Assist with evaluating and implementing new marketing tools/platforms/vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• College Education in a field related to Marketing, Internships, and Certifications on Meta 
• Copywriting and social content creation experience
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Familiar with Agency Analytics, LookerStudio, Salesforce CRMA, or other data visualization software
• Experience using research tools and platforms while incorporating evolving marketing trends to drive successful digital strategies
