Job Title: Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Location: Richmond, VA

Compensation: $17/hour (8 Week Training Period)

Commission-based Pay (After Training)

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our sales team in Richmond, VA as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives . This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in sales while gaining experience in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. You'll be trained and mentored throughout the process and have the potential to earn unlimited income once the training period ends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales efforts to introduce and promote our products/services to local residents.
• Build relationships with prospective customers through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
• Provide product knowledge, answer customer questions, and overcome objections.
• Utilize sales techniques to close deals and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions with customers.
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.

Training Program (8 Weeks):

• In-depth training on our products, sales techniques, and customer service strategies.
• Hands-on experience with a structured approach to building your sales skills.
• Support and mentorship from experienced managers and sales professionals.
• On-the-job training while earning an hourly wage of $17/hour for the duration of the training.

Post-Training (Commission-Based):

• After successful completion of the 8-week training program, the position transitions to a commission-based pay structure , allowing you to earn based on performance.
• The more you sell, the more you earn!

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to earn.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right candidates.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to different neighborhoods within Richmond, VA.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various locations.
