We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data while ensuring high levels of efficiency and accuracy. You will also assist in customer service-related tasks, handle scheduling, and support various administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and update large volumes of data in various databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
• Ensure data integrity by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in entered information.
• Perform regular data audits and cleansing tasks to maintain database accuracy.
•Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide clear and helpful information regarding company processes, data-related queries, or general inquiries.
• Track and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for team members or clients.
• Coordinate and update calendars for management, ensuring all appointments are timely and well-organized.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, document organization, and other office-related duties.

Basic Qualifications:
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative tasks, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with Google Suite.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and handling inquiries.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or customer service a plus.
