Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Data Entry Administrator for a 1 year, 100% onsite contract with our Fortune 500 Automotive client located in Camden, NJ.

Rate: $18-$20/hr. on W2 The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review vehicle service and repair documentation
  • Call automotive retailers to confirm vehicle details such as mileage and purchase dates
  • Use a customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage case data (training provided)
  • Follow up on outstanding information via phone and email
  • Accurately transcribe data from PDFs—some via copy/paste, others manually

Requirements:

  • Strong typing and data entry skills (Excel not required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail, especially with dates and mileage
  • Proven ability to work with urgency and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently after training
  • Comfortable making follow-up calls to business partners
  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be available to work onsite in Camden, NJ (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
