We are seeking a dynamic, self-starting Customer Service Representative with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This pivotal role is key in shaping the customer experience throughout each stage of travel at Jet Aviation FBOs. The ideal candidate will work closely with passengers and crew, effectively addressing requests, inquiries, suggestions, and complaints, all while maintaining a professional and warm demeanor.

Bring your enthusiasm and passion for customer service to deliver exceptional experiences for both new and existing customers, handling everything from billing inquiries to service requests, suggestions, and complaintsalways with a warm, welcoming attitude.
Address customer inquiries and complaints quickly and professionally, resolving any issues to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
Input and update reservation details accurately, ensuring all customer preferences and requirements are met to their satisfaction.
Provide detailed product and service information, while identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and enhance revenue.
Assist crew members with arranging hotels, transportation, catering, linens, and other vendor services, ensuring smooth operations throughout.
Stay aligned with all relevant airport and Jet Aviation policies, regulations, and laws, maintaining compliance in all actions.
Represent Jet Aviation professionally both internally and externally, working with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network.
You have 1-2 years of FBO or customer service (e.g., hospitality) experience and a passion for delivering a five-star experience.
You thrive in adapting to changing priorities and excel at finding positive solutions while maintaining a calm, positive attitude.
You are detail-oriented, a self-starter, and take the initiative to solve problems quickly and effectively.
You are proficient with computers and technology, managing tasks with ease and efficiency.
You understand luxury service standards and are always quick to respond to customer requests with urgency.
You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and are an active listener.

The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircrafts arrive/depart. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
