Overview:

At Pronghorn, we are passionate about building the future of the Spirits industry through innovation, diversity, and leadership. Our Spirits Internship Program (SIP) offers a unique 10-week paid experience designed for college students and graduating seniors to gain hands-on exposure to the business of Spirits, entrepreneurship, and brand-building.

SIP participants will experience hybrid work, with the opportunity to collaborate with teams in our Alpharetta, GA, or New York, NY locations. Interns can expect a structured program with project ownership, professional development workshops, leadership networking, and real-world business impact.

Pronghorn Partner Collaboration: (HQ - 2 Positions)

Pronghorn partners with some of the leading Spirits companies in the industry to create meaningful, real-world experiences for our interns. Through SIP, participants may have the opportunity to support initiatives connected to our partners, gaining unique exposure to the broader Spirits ecosystem.

Specific project assignments and potential partner collaborations will be discussed during the interview process to ensure the best fit for each intern's interests and skills.

General Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a visual toolkit to highlight the impact, experience, and energy of the Pronghorn Internship Program, serving as evergreen content for future recruitment, social engagement, and stakeholder communications.
  • Lead creative direction and visual storytelling strategy for the 2025 cohort with a specific emphasis on generating buzz for the 2026 recruitment campaign.
  • Capture and edit content during the Internship Bootcamp Week (June 2025), including keynote sessions, breakout groups, intern testimonials, and team moments.
  • Produce engaging, multi-platform content including short-form clips (TikTok, IG Reels, LinkedIn), long-form recap videos (YouTube/LinkedIn), and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
  • Plan, organize, and manage production logistics including shot lists, schedules, lighting, and post-production workflows.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media, Communications, Film, Marketing, or a related creative field.
  • Strong skills in videography, photography, and post-production editing with attention to brand tone and consistency.
  • Proficient in using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
  • Experience creating content for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Creative storyteller with the ability to capture both strategic messaging and authentic, human moments.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to coordinate production days, schedules, and post timelines.
  • Bonus: Experience as a content producer or with multi-cam setup, lighting, and color correction.

Salary:

$22-25 per hour
