Salary: $54,000.00 to $61,000.00 + Full Benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Convenience Store/Gas Station Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the store runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience in managing retail or gas station operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the convenience store and gas station, ensuring smooth and efficient running of both.

  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high levels of customer service and productivity.

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure stock is rotated and displayed properly.

  • Handle cash and financial transactions, including reconciling cash drawers and ensuring proper accounting practices.

  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

  • Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.

  • Schedule shifts and manage staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and health standards.

  • Handle fuel deliveries, pricing, and ensure that gas station operations meet industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a retail or gas station management role (2+ years preferred).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Knowledge of fuel pricing, inventory management, and store operations is a plus.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
