A banking employer is looking for a Business Transformation Analyst to join their team in Middletown, CT. This is open because the business transformation department needs assistance in the various different projects across the company in effort to automate processes and create a new work flow. The Business Transformation Analyst will be responsible for providing business process and data analysis and help to diagnose the current state of the business. They will work hand in hand with the team leads to help develop these processes through reengineering, automation and data mining tools such as StereoLOGIC, UIPath, or Celonis. The ideal candidate would be someone with a motivated mindset who can work collaboratively across the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelors in a Technical Field (Statistics, Computer Programming, Data Science, etc)
Experience coding with Python and Sql
Experience with process mining tools (StereoLOGIC UI Path or Celonis)
Familiar with visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
$35-40/hr based off of experience
