Job Description

Our client, a dynamic organization in the Human Resources sector, is seeking a Payroll Administration to join their team. As a Payroll Administration, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting various team functions. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent oral/written communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Payroll Administration 

Location: Jamaica, NY 11432

Pay Range: $31 - $35 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM -4PM OR 9AM-5PM (on site)

Duration: Temp to perm

What's the Job?

• Process payroll and review timecards prior to processing.
• Handle manual adjustments and prepare payroll reports.
• Manage garnishments, loans, and payroll check distribution.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and confirm employee demographics.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to employee inquiries.

What's Needed?

• 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration in the food manufacturing industry or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of payroll platforms, specifically Paychex Flex.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; Human Resources experience is a plus.
