Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industry, is seeking an Assembler 1 to join their team. As an Assembler 1, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler 1

Location: Fairfield, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
• Determine work assignments and procedures.
• Shovel and sweep work areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts as needed.
• Provide assistance in the production of wiring assemblies.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Team player with a detail-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques.
