We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in the Medical industry. This unique role combines the crucial elements of healthcare with the exciting world of finance, offering a distinctive opportunity for professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Palliative Care, End of Life Care, and Hospice, and will be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. The position requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience and a passion for providing top-tier care to patients while navigating the intricacies of the finance sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive medical care to patients within the finance industry, with a focus on Palliative Care, End of Life Care, and Hospice.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
3. Conduct regular patient assessments, including physical examinations and health history evaluations.
4. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, referring patients to specialists when necessary.
5. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance strategies.
6. Participate in continuous education and training sessions to stay updated with the latest healthcare trends and advancements.
7. Adhere to all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure a high standard of care.
9. Utilize financial knowledge to provide context-specific care and advice to patients in the finance industry.
Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
2. Current and valid Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on Palliative Care, End of Life Care, and Hospice (1-2 years).
4. Experience in the finance industry is a plus.
5. Exceptional clinical skills, with an ability to handle a wide range of medical situations.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centric approach.
7. Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and ethics.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
9. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
10. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
